Agent Hacking is using a real estate license to make extra income on the side by representing friends & family as they sell their home or buy a new one.
Agents are paid by commission and the commission is not determined by how many hours you work but by how expensive the house is you help a client to buy or sell. The more expensive it is, the more you make.
In the last 6 months, my wife has sent out letters and postcards to our neighborhood letting them know how she can help them in their home buying/selling process.
We’ve had multiple people contact us & she’s been able to serve quite a few neighbors.
Remember, she gets paid commission when she helps a client buy/sell a house, so the neighbors/family she has helped haven’t even been close to a part-time job, but she’s made full-time income doing it, just in the first 6 months of the year. That’s the hack!
She loves staying at home with our kids & helping friends & neighbors occasionally buy/sell houses. This business has been great for that!
Have you considered getting a real estate license & helping a few people each year buy/sell a home? I think you’d be surprised by the extra money you could make to support your ministry & the minimal time it could take to do it.
