I’ve written over the past few months about Travel Hacking & House Hacking.
My focus with Flip Hacking these days is helping others achieve success in this business.
You heard Jim share an update a few weeks ago about how well he & his partner are doing with Flip Hacking. If you haven’t read his newsletter, it’s definitely worth checking out.
I’m also meeting with other students to help support them as they’re growing their own Flip Hacking businesses.
I’ve written extensively about the importance of multiple streams of income. Some will be smaller streams of income & others will be larger.
By far, Flip Hacking has been my largest stream of income in all of the tentmaking endeavors that I’ve pursued.
What’s great about Flip Hacking is that you don’t have to build a really big business in order to make great extra income on the side. You could just flip a few houses a year and make significant income.
And the income per flip can grow if you’re willing to take on more complicated flipping projects, such as a full fix & flip. Not recommended for beginners but you can grow into this.
As you saw in Jim’s newsletter, even if real estate or flipping is foreign to you, it’s something anyone can learn and begin to implement.
You get paid, not for your time investment, but the value you bring to the market. That makes it very attractive for those of us that want to spend as much time in ministry as possible.
I’ve written quite a bit over the years on Flip Hacking, so check out those articles if you haven’t already, and if you have any questions, don’t hesitate to reach out.
